What is Eksakt?

Eksakt is a consultancy founded by me, Helene Christensen. I help leaders, founders, and change agents strengthen their leadership through storytelling, narrative strategy, clarity, and a little bit of self-development. My work bridges the inner and the outer: uncovering personal truth and translating it into leadership presence, communication, and direction.

Who do you typically work with?

I work with leaders at different stages of transition: stepping into new roles, navigating change, or growing into greater visibility. That includes CEOs, founders, mid-level leaders, specialists with influence, and leadership teams in organizations. I also run open workshops for individuals and offer 1:1 consulting for leaders who want to go deeper.

How is Eksakt different from other consultancies?

Eksakt isn’t a personal branding agency, a sales course, or a marketing quick fix. The work goes deeper: it’s about building a foundation of clarity and story around your values, your “why”, your unique experiences and perspective, and your actual work, so leaders can lead with conviction, integrity, and a voice people want to follow.

Why narrative? Isn’t that just communication?

No. Narrative is the foundation of leadership. Without it, strategies and structures struggle to land. With it, leaders inspire trust, alignment, and momentum, whether in a team, an organization, or a market.

Is this work too personal?

It can feel personal, because clarity starts inside. But this is not therapy. It’s strategy. Leaders leave with practical tools: a leadership story, a framework for alignment, and language they can use in communication, presentations, and strategy. But it also has the potential to instill change in how you perceive yourself as a leader, usually in a way that makes you feel more at home in your leadership. So it’s not trying to avoid getting under your skin.

Who founded Eksakt?

Eksakt was founded by me, Helene Christensen. I’ve worked for nearly two decades in strategy, communication, branding, storytelling, and leadership support. My background spans from working almost a decade on the West Coast in the US in digital communication, digital product development, marketing and branding, to running my own photography business in Seattle, working with brands like Boeing, Microsoft, Nike, Penguin Randomhouse, Amazon, to shaping and leading narrative and creative strategy at TV 2 Denmark.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. I’m based in Copenhagen, Denmark, but I work with international clients. My process is fully designed to run digitally and seamlessly across borders.

How many clients do you take on?

I intentionally work 1:1 with a limited number of clients each year, so I can stay fully committed and dedicated to the leaders and organizations I take on.

Can my workplace cover the cost of a workshop?

Yes. Many participants use professional development or training budgets to cover workshops and courses. Ask your HR department about funding options, leadership and communication training often qualifies.
