FAQs

What is Eksakt?

Eksakt is a structured life transition framework designed for women who feel out of sync and want to navigate change without destabilizing their lives.

It is not therapy, motivation, or career coaching. It is a structured identity shift process that helps you clarify who you are now, integrate what you’ve lived through, and take your next step with grounded conviction.

Eksakt was founded by Helene Christensen and is built on her work at the intersection of identity, narrative, and strategic transformation.

Who is Eksakt for?

Eksakt is for capable, reflective women who:

• Feel internally misaligned but externally stable
• Sense that something is changing, but don’t want to “blow up” their lives
• Are navigating a life transition, identity shift, or career crossroads
• Want clarity without drama
• Value structure over vague reflection

You don’t need to be in crisis.
You simply need to be ready to look honestly at what is shifting.

Is this career coaching?

No.

Career dissatisfaction may be part of the picture, but Eksakt is not a job-change program.

It is a structured identity recalibration process. When identity becomes clearer, career decisions tend to follow with more coherence.

Is this therapy?

No.

This work can feel personal because identity is personal. But the method is structured, strategic, and forward-moving.

You are not analyzing your past endlessly. You are building clarity for what comes next.

What makes this different from journaling or reflection tools?

Journaling alone often creates awareness but not movement.

Eksakt provides a phased structure that guides you from:

• Stabilizing your inner reference point
• To mapping your lived experience
• To integrating a new identity
• To translating insight into contribution

It accelerates a process that might otherwise take years — without forcing dramatic decisions.

What is the Inner Authority Method?

The Inner Authority Method™ is the four-phase identity shift framework inside Eksakt.

It is designed to help women navigate life transitions in a grounded, structured way.

The phases build sequentially and cannot be skipped — because identity shifts require stability before direction.

Do you work with organizations as well?

Yes.

In addition to Eksakt, Helene works with leaders and organizations on strategic narrative architecture — helping companies clarify identity, align internal story, and build momentum during periods of growth or change.

This work includes advisory and speaking engagements.

Do you offer 1:1 support?

Yes.

There are limited 1:1 advisory options for women navigating significant transitions, as well as strategic advisory for founders and organizations working on identity and narrative clarity.

Where are you based?

Eksakt is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, but works internationally through digital delivery.

Is this a one-time process?

No.

The framework is designed to be reusable across life transitions.

You may return to it in different seasons of your life — because identity continues to evolve.
