When life feels off —
find your direction.
A guided audio experience for women who are ready to find out what is actually true for them — and take honest steps toward it.
You are not alone
If you're here, I want you to know something.
What you are carrying right now — the confusion, the restlessness, the sadness you can't seem to explain — that is one of the most human things there is.
I have sat with women from all over the world who felt exactly what you are feeling. Different ages and careers. Entirely different lives. And every single one of them felt completely alone with it.
They weren't. And neither are you.
Are you waking up in the middle of the night, not recognizing who you've become?
On the outside, your life makes sense. You have built something real. A career. Maybe a family. Responsibilities you have handled well, year after year.
But inside — you are not feeling truly happy. It is as if you are missing a vital piece of yourself.
You miss feeling inspired. Energized. Or maybe you feel guilty for wanting something more.
Or perhaps you think: I can't keep going like this. But I don't know how to change it without losing everything I've built.
It may feel like you are behind, somehow, or doing something wrong. Or that you are ungrateful or falling apart.
But I view it differently: you are standing at a threshold. And the woman who built everything you have — she is still in there. She hasn't gone anywhere. You've just lost access to her.
That is what True North gives back.
When you come out on the other side of this work, you will know what is true for you.
Not what you “should” want. Not what makes sense on paper.
This will help you see what is actually, genuinely right for you — at this very moment, in this season of your life.
I promise: You will not have to blow up your life to get there.
You will not have to choose between your responsibilities and yourself.
You will not have to figure it all out before you begin.
What TRUE NORTH actually is
Most of the things you've tried give you questions and leave you alone with the answers. A journal. A book.
True North is different. Because the sequence itself is the key.
Every question you are asked, every phase you move through, comes in a specific order. That order was not invented. It was mapped — through my own experience of standing at the edge of everything falling apart, and through sitting with women from Copenhagen, New York, Berlin, Seattle, who stood there too and helped me build this.
Think of this as a guided passage through something you have not been able to find your way through alone.
Not because you weren't trying hard enough. Because no one has shown you the door.
And believe me — there is a door. And as you now are standing at one of the most significant thresholds of your life — Nothing would make me more wholeheartedly happy than to show you where it is.
The Four Phases
The four phases are designed as a sequence — each one building on what came before, each one taking you somewhere you could not have reached without the one before it. You cannot skip to the end. The sequence is the work. And the sequence is what makes it land.
#1: Root — Find your centre
Before you can choose a direction, you need to stand strong on what is foundational.
Root is where we slow down long enough to hear what has always been true about you — underneath the roles, the noise, and everything you've been told you should want.
You'll leave with something you might not have had for a while: a solid sense of what is actually you.
#2: Reveal — See how life has shaped you
Your past is not just backstory. It is evidence of who you are.
In Reveal, you'll look at your life from a different angle — not to analyze it, but to see the character it built in you. The strengths that have always been yours, even when no one was watching.
Many find this phase unexpectedly moving. Because it shows them something they had forgotten. And tells them
#3: Refine — Connect with what is right for you
Most people try to figure out where they are going before they understand what they need, their true capabilities and capacity.
Refine changes that. You'll see the full picture of what you bring — including the invisible strengths that rarely get named but are often the most valuable.
By the end, you'll have language for yourself you didn't have before.
#4: Relate — Design your worklife with purpose
Everything you have discovered now becomes directional.
You'll see how what you've been through qualifies you to contribute something real — and design a transition that is gradual, deliberate, and does not require you to blow up your life to begin.
The final sessions will let it all settle — and you will make one promise to yourself.
TRUE NORTH is essentially this
A complete journey from confusion to direction.
You won't come out with a five-year plan, but with something more durable — a clear relationship with yourself — The ability to find your own truth right now— and time and time again.

I made this because I needed this first.
There was a period in my life when I lost almost everything in the space of a month. My marriage. My job. The home I had built in the United States. All of it — gone before I had time to understand what was happening. I moved back to Denmark, and found what felt like a dream job. And then I became a parent — and something shifted in ways nothing had prepared me for.
I pushed through until I couldn't. Three months on stress leave. The hardest question I'd ever had to sit with: what is actually true for me now?
What helped wasn't more information. It wasn't planning or optimising or pushing harder.
It was getting genuinely honest with myself. Through walking. Through writing. Through the kind of questions a caring friend asks when she's not afraid of the answer. And slowly, through that structure, I found my way back. Not to the life I had before. To something truer than that (and dare I say better?).
That's what I've tried to build here.
I want to be the voice in your corner — warm, thoughtful, and asking the questions that actually matter. When you are ready for them. So you can find your way back to yourself, in your own time, without having to do it alone.

I believe so deeply in this work and I have been very careful about designing it to meet you where you are. If it still doesn't work for you, you shouldn't pay for it.
Got questions?
-
True North will give you claritty on our next sttep. And it gives you something more durable: a clear relationship with your own signals, so you can find your way — and keep finding it, long after the programme ends.
-
Each audio session is 10–15 minutes. Most women set aside an hour at a time. Or they listen for 15 minutes to the audio session, let the questions sink in, and take notes or reflect over the next few days. There is no deadline. You move at your own pace.
-
Because this is not open-ended reflection. It is a structured sequence of the right questions, in the right order, designed to move you — not just give you more thoughts to sit with.
-
All three sessions are recorded and shared. You can watch at any time.
-
That is exactly enough. You don't need to understand the feeling before you begin — that is what the work is for. True North is designed to start before the clarity arrives, not after. The not-knowing is not a barrier. It is the starting point.
-
That fear is worth taking seriously — and worth walking toward. In my experience, what women find is almost never as frightening as what they imagined. What they find is usually something else: a longing they had been dismissing, a truth they had been talking themselves out of, a version of themselves they had forgotten was still there. The work is gentle by design. You are never asked to go faster than you are ready to go.
-
Not because of credentials. Because she has stood in this place — more than once, in different forms — and found her way through. She has built her career around helping people and organisations find direction when the destination is not yet visible. And she created this with real women from all over the world, listening to what they needed and what was missing, before building the method. True North was not invented in the abstract. It was mapped from the inside.
-
It is not too late. I want to say that directly and without qualification. The women I have worked with range widely in age and life stage — and not one of them was too late. What I have seen, again and again, is that the feeling of being too late is itself a symptom of standing at the threshold. The truth is that you are here. You are asking the question. And that is the only thing that was ever required to begin. In Helenes personal opinion, it is too late to change when we are dead. Otherwise it is not.
