Something in you knows it's time.

The Identity Shift is a short, guided experience for women who want to reconnect with themselves — without pressure, without chaos, and without starting from zero.

Five audio sessions. A gentle workbook. Ten minutes at a time.

What this teaches you

How to stop convincing yourself you're fine. There's a voice that says: be grateful, don't rock the boat, others have it worse. This experience gives you a way to set that voice aside — gently — and hear what's actually true for you underneath it.

How to hear your own voice again. Not the voice of other people's expectations. Not the version of you that's been performing competence for years. The quieter one. The one that's been trying to get your attention.

How to understand what's actually going on. If you've been thinking "I'm stuck but I don't know why" — this process helps you see it clearly. Without drama. Without having to blow anything up.

How to stop living on autopilot. You are not a productivity machine. You are a person with an interior life. This experience is a way back to it.

How to take one honest next step. Not a five-year plan. Not a personal rebrand. Just one clear, grounded move — that you can actually feel is right.

“But I really don’t know what I want next.”

You're not supposed to yet.

That's exactly where this begins.

You don't need answers to start.

You just need a calm place to listen — and something to guide you while you do.

“I just feel stuck… but I don’t know why.”

There is nothing wrong with you.

You are in a life shift.

Something inside has outgrown the shape you've been living in.

That feeling — vague, persistent, hard to name — is not a problem.

It's a signal.

This experience helps you hear what it's saying.

“I don’t have time to figure myself out.”

You don't need much.

Ten minutes. Somewhere quiet.

This isn't therapy.

It isn't a big program.

It's five short audio sessions you can do at home, on a walk, or in the space before the day begins.

Most women feel something shift by the end of the first session.

“Journaling never works for me.”

This isn't blank-page journaling. You're not left alone with an empty page.

Helene guides you through each session with audio. Simple prompts.

Warm questions. The kind a good friend would ask — if she happened to have a framework.

You're never doing it wrong.

Set of three digital cards with motivational and reflective messages, including 'Remember When You Felt Alive,' 'You've Already Started,' and 'Bonus Practice - The Clarity Log.' The cards feature simple line art and soft, muted colors.

The Simple Structure That Turns “I Feel Lost” Into “I Know My Next Step”

There is a real structure behind this work.

The Identity Shift follows the same natural progression as the Inner Authority Method™ — the way humans actually make meaning and move through change.

From noticing, to understanding, to integrating.

It's not a set of random prompts.

It follows a sequence — because sequence is what creates movement instead of circling.

And because the structure is simple and repeatable, you can return to it whenever life shifts again.

What You Get Inside

Here is how this gentle, guided method will help you feel clear and grounded again. Without blowing up your life.

The Identity Shift Vault Includes

A digital cover image for a podcast titled 'The Identity Shift,' featuring a grayscale illustration of a woman with glasses and a bun, sitting at a desk with a pen, in front of large windows with city buildings in the background. The episode is called 'The Pause. Hearing what's true,' and includes a play button at the bottom.

Five Guided Audio Sessions

Short, unhurried audio sessions that help you slow down and hear yourself again. Each one takes under ten minutes. Each one builds on the last.

A red workbook titled 'The Identity Shift' with a white fingerprint illustration on the cover.

The Identity Workbook

A simple workbook with guided prompts designed to bring out truth — not performance. No pressure. No right answers. Just honest questions that help you understand what's shifting and why.

A light green workbook titled "Life Season Timeline Exercise" with a cartoon illustration of a desk calendar showing the days of the week.

The Life Season Timeline

An exercise that helps you map your past chapters, see the patterns, and understand what's quietly asking to evolve. The women who've done this say it's the moment things start to make sense.

A woman with glasses is sitting next to a microphone, appearing on a video call. The screen shows a slide titled 'Why Trying Harder Doesn't Work' with a paragraph of text and a line drawing of a woman sitting by a window.

Bonus — The Gentle Way Forward

A short video on how to work with what's coming up — without urgency, overwhelm, or pressure to fix anything.

A calm guide into whatever comes next.

My students have found new possibilities for themselves

Screenshot of a text message conversation with Maja, discussing a course that provided clarity, professional identity, and guidance, leading to a new job.

If you've been trying to figure out how to reconnect with yourself — and keep going in circles — this is where to begin.

You've been telling yourself one of these things:

"I don't know who I am anymore." "

Nothing is wrong. But something is definitely off."

"I feel like I'm performing an old version of myself — and she's tired."

"I've built a whole life. So why does it feel like I don't quite fit in it?"

"I can't blow up my life. But I can't stay like this either."

"I keep waiting for clarity to arrive. It hasn't."

"I'm grateful. And I'm restless. And I feel guilty for both."

If any of these feel true — this is the work that was built for this moment.

“What if I’m scared of what I’ll find?”

You stay in control. Nothing dramatic happens here.

This is gentle, soft, human work.
This won’t make you blow up your life.
You don’t make big decisions.

You just meet yourself again, slowly.

“Is this even for someone like me?”

Yes, if you’re…

  • overwhelmed

  • stuck in your work

  • unsure

  • restless

  • overthinking

  • feeling like something needs to change

  • wondering, “Is this all there is?”

And especially if you want clarity but feel overwhelmed by even starting.

A woman with short red hair and bangs, wearing a cream-colored button-up shirt, sitting at a plain, light-colored table, smiling and looking to her left against a pale background.

I made this because I needed this first.

I left a long marriage in Seattle. Moved home to Denmark after almost a decade away. Lost my sense of direction in work, in identity, in almost everything. I found what felt like a dream job. And then I became a parent — and something shifted in ways nothing had prepared me for.

I pushed through until I couldn't. Three months on stress leave. The hardest question I'd ever had to sit with: what is actually true for me now?

What helped wasn't more information. It wasn't planning or optimising or pushing harder.

It was getting genuinely honest with myself. Through walking. Through writing. Through the kind of questions a caring friend asks when she's not afraid of the answer.

That's what I've tried to build here.

I want to be the voice in your corner — warm, direct, and asking the questions that actually matter. So you can find your way back to yourself, in your own time, without having to do it alone.

⭐ My students love this course

“What if it’s too late for me to change?”

You’re right on time.

Women shift at 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 65, 75, 85.
This is normal.
This is allowed.
This is your time to shine.

Honestly, it’s too late, when you’re dead.

Let’s remind each other, that the best years are always ahead of us.

No refunds, because this is an instant digital product. But if you take the time to listen and reflect, you will feel more clear and less alone in this transition.

That’s the whole purpose of the Identity Shift.

A woman with red hair and bangs, wearing a brown button-up shirt and black pants, standing by a window with arms crossed, in a bright room.

A note from me

If life feels a little upside-down right now… same. I’ve lived through my fair share of “Wait… who am I again?” chapters.

So while you go through The Identity Shift, picture me as your friend who hands you a warm drink, nudges you to breathe, asks you all the questions, and reminds you that nothing about you is broken.

Here’s to finding your footing again, gently and in your own time.

With love,

Helene
