1. Who we are

True North is a digital product created and sold by Helene Christensen, founder of Eksakt.

2. The product

True North is a self-paced digital audio experience built on the Inner Authority Method™. It includes guided audio sessions, workbooks, and access to a course portal hosted on Systeme.io.

Access is delivered digitally and released gradually across four phases:

• Phase 1 — Root: Immediate access

• Phase 2 — Reveal: Day 14

• Phase 3 — Refine: Day 28

• Phase 4 — Relate: Day 42

3. Pricing and payment

The launch price is 597€. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

The price rises to 797€ after June 2, 2026. Live sessions are only included for purchases made before June 2, 2026.

4. Refund policy

You have the right to a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email helene@eksakt.co within 14 days of your purchase date. You will receive confirmation within 2 business days and your refund within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Live sessions

Three live group sessions via Zoom are included for purchases made before June 2, 2026. Sessions are held on:

• Wednesday, June 18 · 2pm Copenhagen time

• Wednesday, July 9 · 2pm Copenhagen time

• Wednesday, September 3 · 2pm Copenhagen time

All sessions are recorded and shared with participants. If a session is cancelled by Eksakt, an alternative date will be offered.

6. Intellectual property

All content in True North — including audio sessions, workbooks, written materials, and the Inner Authority Method™ — is the intellectual property of Helene Christensen / Eksakt. It may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

True North is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counselling. It is a structured self-reflection experience. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional support.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Danish consumer protection legislation.
